Phenomen analyzes market data. It never connects to your brokerage, never sees your login, and never places a trade.
No brokerage credentials
You keep your accounts entirely separate. There is nothing to link and nothing for us to leak.
Account auth you control
Access is a standard OAuth 2.0 account authorization. Revoke it any time by disconnecting Phenomen in your assistant's settings.
Transparent data sourcing
Prices and fundamentals come from a licensed market-data provider (EODHD), refreshed nightly. Data has limitations — we say what they are.
What we store
- • Your account email and the account identifier your AI client authenticates with.
- • Any positions and watchlist items you choose to save.
- • Minimal usage metrics: which tool ran, whether it succeeded, and how long it took — never your inputs, results, or IP address. Deleted after 90 days.
What we never store
- • Brokerage credentials — there is nothing to link.
- • Order or trading authority — Phenomen cannot place trades.
Authentication & control
Access is a standard account secured through our authentication provider using OAuth 2.0. Your AI client holds a scoped, expiring authorization you can revoke at any time by disconnecting Phenomen in your assistant's settings — cutting off access instantly.
Data source & limits
Market data is licensed from EODHD and refreshed nightly, so figures reflect the most recent end-of-day close rather than live intraday prices. We treat that limitation as something to state plainly, not hide.
