These Terms govern your use of Phenomen ETFs US (the “Service”), operated by Lobix.AI. By creating an account or connecting the Service to an AI client, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Phenomen ETFs US provides data, analysis, and educational tools for US-listed ETFs, delivered through the Model Context Protocol to compatible AI clients. The Service is informational only and does not provide investment advice. See our Investment Disclaimer.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and connection token, and for all activity under your account. You may revoke or regenerate your token at any time.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, resell, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service.
• Do not use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or circumvent the Service's security or rate limits.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis following any free trial. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your current billing period. Trial and refund terms are described on the pricing page.

5. Data & third parties

Market data is provided by third-party vendors and is subject to their terms and limitations. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any data or analysis.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lobix.AI is not liable for any investment losses or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
